Frequently Asked Questions Can I put two photos on one handbag? Yes, you can put a different photo on each side of your handbag for an additional charge. Look for specific pricing on the ordering page.   What size does my photograph have to be? Your photograph must be at least 3x5" and no larger than 8x10". Either color or black & white photos are acceptable. Your image may need to be cropped in order to fit your bag. Colors may vary in printing. What side panels will look best with my photo when selecting a Tory Nicole Purse? It depends on your photo. If your photo is color with lots of bright colors going on, the black sides will probably look best. If your photo is black & white or subdued colors, the toile or zebra panels will probably look best. Should I print my wristlet on cotton or silk fabric? It depends on which you would prefer.  The silk looks slightly dressier with a soft sheen.  The cotton is slightly hardier and may be washed.  Try to imagine how you or the person you are giving the wristlet to will be using the wristlet.  Both fabrics look fantastic! Can you turn a color photo into black and white? Yes, we do it all the time and there is no additional cost for this service. How do I email my photos to Tory Nicole? Please send your images via email to torynicole@verizon.net. Images should be in JPG format. Images should be 1024x768 or 1280x960 pixels and saved at least at 150 dpi. How do I place an offline order for a Tory Nicole Product? Download the appropriate order form and fill out the information. Mail the order form along with your picture and full payment to: Tory Nicole, P.O. Box 1137, Duxbury, MA 02331. We will acknowledge receipt of your order. Click here for more information about sending photos. How soon will my handbag arrive? Your Tory Nicole Product will arrive in 2-3 weeks. How do I make a rush order? Please add $15 per bag for special shipping and handling. Rush orders will ship in 9 days from date of receipt. Can you make changes to my photo for me? Yes, within reason. We can "zoom" in on the main subject and do some simple cropping.  Please indicate your requests in the "add additional information here" box on the ordering page.  Any requests for significant changes will be addressed personally and an added charge will be discussed. Will I get my photo back? Every effort will be made to return your photos to you in their original form, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses to these photos. Please write your name and phone number on the back of your photos. Are Gift Certificates Available? Yes, download our order form and check the "Gift Certificate" box. Fill out the message lines and we will send a gift certificate to the individual you request.
